For Individual Service Providers

Service Completion: By accepting a booking through Serbizio, you agree to complete the service as agreed with the user.
Payment: The payment for services will be made directly from the company to you based on the agreed-upon payment amount.
Quality of Service: You are responsible for delivering high-quality services as advertised. Serbizio may request feedback from users to ensure service standards are met.
Cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed booking, Serbizio may charge a penalty fee as per our cancellation policy.
Liability: As an individual service provider, you are solely responsible for the services you offer. Serbizio does not assume liability for your actions or the quality of your services.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments or services should be reported to Serbizio for resolution.
Usage of Platform: Individual service providers using the Serbizio platform will not incur any fees for utilizing the platform.

Agreement: Companies entering into a B2B transaction with Serbizio must agree to the terms outlined herein.
Service Providers Pooling: Companies may pool service providers through the Serbizio platform to enhance service offerings.
Payment Terms: The payment for services rendered by pooled service providers will be managed according to the agreements made between the companies and the respective service providers.
Transaction Fees: For B2B transactions between companies and the Serbizio platform, a fee of 10% will be charged on the total transaction amount.
Liability: Each company is responsible for its service provider agreements and the services rendered. Serbizio does not assume liability for any disputes arising from these agreements.
Dispute Resolution: Companies must report any disputes regarding payments or services to Serbizio for resolution.
