Cancellation Policy
For Individual Service Providers
- Cancellation by Service Provider: If you need to cancel a confirmed appointment, you must notify Serbizio and the company immediately.
- Notification of Inability to Provide Services: If you are unable to provide or complete the agreed-upon services, you must notify both Serbizio and the company as soon as possible.
- Penalty: A penalty fee may apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, equivalent to 5% of the service fee.
- No-show: If you fail to show up for a confirmed appointment without prior notice, a penalty may be charged, equivalent to 10% of the service fee.
- Disputes: Disputes regarding cancellations and penalties should be reported to Serbizio for resolution.
For B2B Transactions
- Cancellation Notice: Companies must provide a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid penalties.
- Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total transaction amount will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
- Notification of Service Inability: If an individual is unable to provide or complete the services as agreed, the company must notify Serbizio immediately to address the situation.
- No-show Policy: If a company fails to show up for the scheduled service without prior notice, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total transaction amount may apply.
- Refunds: Refunds for B2B cancellations will be processed within 14 business days, subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
- Disputes: Disputes regarding cancellations and penalties for B2B transactions should be reported to Serbizio for resolution.
